Andrew Howe is a Shrewsbury-based interdisciplinary artist and project manager, working solo and in collaboration with other practitioners and community groups. He uses walking and mapping to explore how people interact with places, making work in painting, printmaking, sound and digital media, often incorporating foraged materials.
Andrew seeks to reveal hidden narratives and more-than-human perspectives, and conducts practice-led research on subjects including inhabiting places, relationships between sites, social history, community resilience and access to land. His artist practice is informed by over 35 years’ experience working as chartered engineer in multidisciplinary environmental consultancy.

Molly Brown works in the old tractor workshop on a Borders farm. Her work is rooted in drawing and printmaking, exploring themes of connection to land through labour and ecological thought. With a decade of experience in sustainable agriculture and food production, Molly transitioned to creative work in 2018 and brings a strong interest in ecology, plant sciences and agriculture to her work. Since graduating from her MFA in 2022 she has been awarded both the Printmaking Today State of the Art Graduate Award and the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers Gwen May Graduate Award for her work on labour and ritual.
She is in the process of establishing a studio on farm dedicated to courses and residencies, focusing on the intersection of creative practice with historical and future land use issues. In addition to her work as an artist she runs a 7 acre agroforestry test plot along with her partner. This plot serves as a site for data collection on carbon sequestration, biodiversity, and food production, all of which inspire her artistic projects.
